• Personalized items and products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• All exchanges are subject to product availability
